Chapter 1: Competence starts with feeling competent
Do you think you are doing what you need to do distinctly?
Do you have tests for your continual progress during your evaluations?
Of course there is a reason to do better at what you are capable of and to think of yourself as a success.
Instead of a person thinking as mentioned above,
they begin to doubt themselves and loose the confidence that they had at the start.
What should be done is to not wait until your next evaluation for improvement or judgement, as your feelings will not be based from facts but from your own heart.
That is only when competence is truly formed.
Always remember that the first step to improving the performance level at your job is to change your feelings towards it.
Your actual rate of performance at your job is more important than self- image through your expectation rate.
