Working with Eltoma Corporate Services for over 6 years, Pamela has always been at the forefront of all company successes, helping to establish many of the corporate services offered by the Eltoma group today.
Pamela is also a qualified member of the ICSA (Institute of Chartered Secretaries & Administrators), passing with distinction as a result of her passion within the corporate sphere.
Loucas Andreas Mavrocordatos

Loucas a Senior Legal Advisor of Eltoma Corporate Services’ Cyprus Office. Loucas is the holder of the LLB (Hons) degree of the University of the West of England, Bristol, and the Post Graduate Diploma of Corporate Management & Strategic Planning of the CIM Business School, Nicosia. He completed his BVC in Cyprus, Nicosia, with a renowned international law firm based in Cyprus, and continued to work as an Associate with a second renowned international law firm on the island and currently holds the position of President of the Council of the Cyprus Mediation Association.
Loucas has experience as a practicing lawyer in Corporate Law, Commercial Law, and Contract Law in common law jurisdictions, Property Law and litigation on commercial and civil cases, on a national level, and Commercial Mediation applicable irrespective of jurisdiction.
Panagiotis Sofokleous, LLB (Hons) Law
Panagiotis Sofokleous is a legal specialist in a wide sphere of law, including Company, Tort & Contract & Corporate Law. Panagiotis graduated from Leeds Metropolitan University and also is the holder of a License for Registered Practicing Advocates in Cyprus. He always keeps up to date with law and practice through attending internal courses and trainings.
