This section focuses on regulation, with specific reference to UK and offshore centres.

Company – a legal entity, Company Director, Company Shareholder & Company Secretary.
This section focuses on common law, including the UK Company Act 2006 and the key roles within a company.
Company Incorporation Administration & Liquidation
This section focus on company incorporation, including corporate documentation and key activities
Other Legal Entity Vehicles
This section focuses on introducing other entities vehicles and the role of a trust and corporate services administrator.
Offshore Finance Centre – Banking
This section focuses on banking services provided within offshore centres, incorporating both the benefits and disadvantages of offshore banking.
Offshore Finance Centre – Taxation
This section focuses on main types of taxes relating to entities – companies, trusts, partnerships and foundations.
Pamela I Miller, an approved CySEC (Cyprus Securities & Exchange Commission) Compliance Officer, previously FSA (Financial Services Authority UK) approved, with over 22 years’ experience in banking management.
Working with Eltoma Corporate Services for over 6 years, Pamela has always been at the forefront of all company successes, helping to establish many of the corporate services offered by the Eltoma group today.
Pamela is also a qualified member of the ICSA (Institute of Chartered Secretaries & Administrators), passing with distinction as a result of her passion within the corporate sphere.
Natalia Georgiou, LLB
Is a Legal Specialist for Eltoma Corporate Services Limassol office and became a member of the Cyprus Bar Association in 2016.
Natalia has experience as a practicing Lawyer in respected Cyprus law firms and Corporate companies, specialising in International & Cyprus Corporate Law. Currently Natalia is a student of the University of London, registered to a special distance learning program in order to complete a master’s degree in Corporate and Commercial Law.
Inna Gerasimova, LPC, GDL, LLB
Inna is an International Tax & Corporate Legal Advisor and Team Leader of the Legal Department at Eltoma. Her main areas of specialisation are in international tax planning, wealth management, corporate structuring and restructuring matters.
Inna has more than 10 years of legal professional experience. Before joining Eltoma, Inna has been working as a Lawyer for such renowned companies as Coca-Cola, Samsung and Unimilk (now Danone).
She has English and Russian law degrees and is qualified to practice law in Russia. In 2007, she successfully graduated from Lomonosov Moscow State University (LLB). After practicing law in Russia, she moved to the UK to gain an English law degree. In 2014, she gained the Graduate Diploma in Law (GDL) (English Law & the fundamentals of EU Law) with merit at BPP University in London, UK. In 2015, she completed the Legal Practice Course (LPC) (English Law) with merit at BPP University in London, UK.
Since 2017, Inna has been studying to obtain the Advanced Diploma in International Taxation (ADIT) from the Chartered Institute of Taxation in London, the UK.
Panagiotis Sofokleous, LLB (Hons) Law
Panagiotis Sofokleous is a legal specialist in a wide sphere of law, including Company, Tort & Contract & Corporate Law. Panagiotis graduated from Leeds Metropolitan University and also is the holder of a License for Registered Practicing Advocates in Cyprus. He always keeps up to date with law and practice through attending internal courses and trainings.
